A simply but very flavourful "red sauce".  San Marzano tomatoes are slowly stewed with confit onion/garlic, olive oil and lots of cracked black pepper. Have this sauce with any pasta shape and a sprinkling of Parmesan cheese for a classic comfort food brought to an extraordinary level. 

This sauce is good for 7 days in the fridge or 30 days in the freezer.
